1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use our services:

Personal Information You Provide

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company or entity name

Business Information from SunBiz

When you use our filing service, we search the Florida Division of Corporations (SunBiz) database to retrieve your company's publicly available information, including entity name, document number, FEI/EIN number, registered agent details, principal address, mailing address, and officer/member information. This information is used solely to verify your entity details and to complete the annual report filing on your behalf.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. When you make a payment, your credit card number, expiration date, and CVV are transmitted directly to Stripe's secure servers. We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit card numbers. We only receive a confirmation of the transaction, the last four digits of your card, and a transaction identifier from Stripe.

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our Site, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. This information is used to improve our Site performance and user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process Your Filing: To search SunBiz for your company information, verify entity details, prepare, and submit your Florida Annual Report to the Florida Division of Corporations on your behalf.
  • Process Payments: To charge for our services through Stripe and maintain records of transactions.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share your information only with the following service providers as necessary to deliver our services:

  • Stripe: Our payment processor. Stripe receives your payment information to process transactions securely. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
  • Email Service Providers (SendGrid / AWS SES): We use third-party email services to send transactional emails such as order confirmations and filing status updates. These providers receive your email address and name solely for the purpose of delivering these communications.
